                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
                  AGREEMENT WITH A. ODELL LEINART FOR
                  ENGINEERING SERVICE RELATIVE TO MAINTAINING
                  THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR A
                  CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED
                  FIFTEEN DOLLARS ($2,315.00) PER MONTH, PLUS
                  REASONABLE EXPENSES, FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH
                  1, 1996 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 1997.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 

       Amendment to the Agreement with A. Odell Leinart for engineering
       service relative to maintaining the Pavement Management System 
for
       a consideration of $2,315.00 per month, plus reasonable expenses, 

       for the period of March 1, 1996 through February 28, 1997.
      
       ADOPTED:	 March 12, 1996.
